Watched the 1949 B-movie classic _Gun Crazy_ last night.  It provided
inspiration for _Bonnie and Clyde_.
At one point, bank-robber/chump Bart refers offhandedly to a "having a
barbecue party."
Later he mentions police "road blockades."
It's hard to imagine a modern American world when people didn't routinely
say "barbecue" and "roadblock."
