Wheelchair extension

Harness devices with wheels are available for animals whose back legs cannot support them. Even though there is no seat, these are commonly called dog wheelchairs or wheelchairs for dogs.

Neither the Oxford Dictionary nor Wiktionary entry for wheelchair fits this device.
