HathiTrust has some matches for "genocidist" that are visible in full
view. In addition, there are some fully visible matches for
"genocider". Also not in OED.

Here are two passages containing "genocidist". The complete citations
can be determined by carefully moving backward through the pages to
check the metadata and gather specifics. I have not done this.
