Blister

Seem to recall an ancient expression, "I'm gonna blister yer behind!"  A
threat of corporal punishment for a miscreant child.  It is as if Rand Paul
were spanking POTI (plural of POTUS) for being naughty. (Oh, no. It's the
other Clinton.) Later on, he blasted them. Spanking obviously lead to
bombing.
