[Ads-l] Derivation of "Kentucky"

The "And sold by R. and J. Dodsley, in Pall-Mall, London" imprint is in ECCO and EAI, and is described (in the Harvard catalog) as "iv, 32p., [1] folded leaf of plates: 1 map". I would hope that ECCO and EAI include the map!
The "Volume 3" appears to be a GBooks error, probably taken from one of a couple of threes on early pages. The title page says "... Essays. The First ...". As best I can tell Evans' "Essays" came out in two "number"s, Number II in 1756 (which is not described as having a map).
