In a story by Gabriel Arana (http://huff.to/1KfZx2s), the Huffington 
Post comments that they amended the article on Diane Sawyer's interview 
of Bruce Jenner yesterday to use "gender confirmation surgery" instead 
of "gender reassignment surgery."

It seems likely that this interview will be a watershed moment in terms 
of awareness of trans issues.
