If you haven't followed "progressive" social media, "'Thug' is the new
'nigger'" is a long-running meme. The idea is that MSM refers differently
to large-scale disturbances and their participants  according to race. The
data sample is rather small, even if someone bothered to collect it. And I
doubt anyone bothered.
