On a par with his comment about Fox reporter Megyn Kelly: 

 "You could see there was blood coming out of her eyes," Trump told CNN's Don Lemon on Friday night. "Blood coming out of her wherever."  


(I think there was a pause before "wherever", but I have not tried to re-hear Trump's utterance.)


On Twitter, Trump is claiming by "wherever" he meant her NOSE (capitalization in original).
