On the X Factor UK, Lucy Spraggan performed her song "Last Night" in 
2012 about beer fear, receiving a standing audition 
(http://bit.ly/1NbU0yh), and the video has the hashtag BeerFear, which 
leads to plenty of examples on Twitter.

Neither Wiktionary nor the Oxford Dictionary has this term, but Urban 
Dictionary (http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=beer+fear) 
has a nice definition from 2006: "The irrational feeling induced by 
alcohol after a heavy session. The feeling of regret and self hatred due 
to hangover."

AFAIK, there is no other word for this phenomenon, and the rhyme makes 
it easily usable regardless of the type of alcohol. Spraggan's song does 
not limit the term to beer.
