Here's a quote from Howard Dean on Newsmax:

"Well, I think part of it is the media feeding frenzy. This is pact
journalism at its worst," Dean said

He's referring to the Hillary Clinton email story.  I don't know if he
actually said "pact journalism" or if that's how a pact journalist
interpreted it.
