It's been dekkids, since I've seen a use of the adjective, _dread_, once
"standard," and not the use of the past participle, _dreaded_.

Needless to say, this instance is probably a hapax, but...

Youneverknow.

Maybe _dread_ as ADJ has "returned to life," to quote a phrase.
