I know "Proud Mary" only from the song "Rolling on the River":
Big wheel keep on turnin',
Proud Mary keep on burnin'.
Rollin', rollin', rollin' on the river.
At first I mondegreened it to "primary", but once past that I still figured
it referred to the engine. What do you mean by it?
