"The International Phonetic Association has a new website:https://www.internationalphoneticassociation.orgMembers who renew/join the IPA before February 1, 2015, will be eligible forthe discounted Congress registration fee. Student members will be eligible toapply for funding."
tz -The IPA's test for a Certificate in English phonetics is here   http://bit.ly/1wcg8LwI wonder if they have an American English version, since about 70% of native English speakers live in N America and about 16% live in UK.
