[Ads-l] an early "high fluting" (1838)

What do we make of 
   
      - He's a high-falutin', rootin', shootin',
      - Son of a gun from Arizona,
      - Ragtime Cowboy Joe.
   -    


Even if Joe never called himself high-falutin', this still sounds like praise.
