 Like, 1905? 1910? Maybe 1920? (After that, it's before - or after - WW2,
or "in the late 20th century").


Salon.com (as in "racially coded" post):

worldview — not unlike orthodox Marxists back in the early 1900s."

That would seem to mean "before 1990."
