I recently called my cable company, Time-Warner, for assistance with a
malfunctioning "clicker" (or "digital set-top box controller" in technical
terms).

After I reached the appropriate tech person and described the problem, she
sighed and said (with a charming Southern accent):
"Umm hum..it's just lost its little mi-und."
