'No longer rational or subject to reason.'  Not in OED. 20,000 Google hits.

A conservative pundit on CNN this morning described followers of Donald
Trump as "post-rational." Paraphrasing, "They don't know history, they
don't know politics, and they don't care."

This may sound familiar to students of the thirties, but never mind that.
What'smost  important, of course, is that the word was used at least as
early as 2008 - and in a similar way:

"[P]erhaps the United States has crossed over into a post-rational society
that cares little about facts and reality or serious policy ideas and
respectful debate, but rather is a nation moved by anger and ridicule, fear
and nationalism."
