KS-S: < “…blessed is the fruit of thy womb…" >
WB: "“…blessed is the Fruit of thy Loom, Jesus …" is how I remember it,
<loom> occurring fairly frequently (in the underwear sphere of my childhood
lexicon) than <womb>, which otherwise never came up, and the nuns wouldn't
talk about it anyway, leaving me to my own devices in figuring out the
world. Besides, until I was seven, when my sister was born, I thought
everybody had a penis. I was stunned. No doubt the source of many of my
adult problems.
