A youthful Sanders supporter in Miami tells CNN about Trump:

"He's thinking, 'I don't care about anyone else. I care about me!' That to
me is extremely shellfish."

Not a lapse. Google finds a good number ex. of "extremely shellfish" [sic]
back to at least 2005.
