Does it really read "under feet"and not "under foot"/"underfoot"?
Apparently, were Phil Spitalny still alive, he'd be DBA "Phil Spitalny and
His All Women Orchestra" instead of as "... and His All-Girl Orchestra."
Were the California Aggie All-Male Marching Band still in existence, it
would be the "... All Males Marching Band."
