[Ads-l] year of the small-dollar donor

ActBlue.com seems to be the Pay-Pal for several different Democratic candidates' and organization's fund-raising entities, but not the Democratic Party itself.

I am on the mailing loist for "ActBlue.com" which appears to be a fund-raising outfit for Democratic candidates.  I have no idea whether it is affiliatied de jure or de facto with the Democratic party.

The latest mailing begins with the following statement:

    2016 is being called "the year of the small-dollar donor."

Has anyone seen this catchphrase elsewhere, or is it solely an advertising phrase for ActBlue?
