oh, wait - apparently he used *both*, as reported by CBS:

Given that to jive is to not jibe with the facts, it shouldn't be surprising if some people mix them up - but one would actually have to hear what he said to be sure that it wasn't the mistake of the reporter.  The above didn't have audio of Obama.
