[Ads-l] Bop as a girl's name

we've strayed afield, though the clear opinion is that Bop, to put it kindly, would not be a good choice for a girl's name in English. i know one *man* whose nickname is Bop: his ordinary name is Bob, short for Robert, and he got Bop as a cool musical variant.
