[Ads-l] Garbling, redux - and how I fixed it for me

I followed the directions given by Dave Hause to set subscription
option to FULLhdr. The message from Benjamin Barrett was displayed
correctly. The message contained accented vowels, tildes, pinyin,
hiragana, and more.
