Very pertinent discussion. I have sold a house and equities via electronic
& digital signature, but am at this very moment sitting in a Taiwan airport
heading back to the Homeland to apply my John Hancock to a single document
allowing me to deal with some Savings Bonds.  You'd think Alexander
Hamilton were still Secretary of the Treasury. Pass the quill & blotter.
