I can imagine "eyed", "legged", "haired", etc. in descriptions of various kinds of animals.  E.g., apods are not "legged" but pods are.

Wonder if there are any examples of just plain "schlonged"/"penised" as a participial adjective.  There's a literature on the difference between the acceptable "blue-eyed", "long-legged", "brown-haired", "one-legged", and even "two-legged" (in contrastive contexts) as prenominal modifiers vs. the oddity or ungrammaticality of "eyed", "legged", "haired", and "legged".  But historically, one of the earlier designations for 'male human', back when "man(n)" was truly gender-neutral, was "waepnedman", lit. 'penised person' (with the obvious metaphorical identification we still have in "tool").

P.S.  Just checked, and FWIW there are indeed a number of hits for "a penised person", although none for "a schlonged person".
