Is a double-flusher half as bad as a four-flusher?

Sad, as Donald J. would say.  A great poker metaphor lost to the ravages of time.  

Evidently, this sense of "double flushing" has no relation to the traditional dormitory stall graffito,
FLUSH TWICE--IT'S A LONG WAY TO THE CAFETERIA
