And as we all know, "Truespel" Tom has The Whole and Exclusive Truth about
English *phonetiacs*, pronunciation and spelling. Oh, and *syntax*, too.

By the way, Tom, your URL (thefree*dictioary*.com
<http://thefreedictioary.com/>) redirects to a real estate agent's website.

The sound of letter "i" in "ping" or "pink" is a long e ~ee not *sort* i ~i
as in "pin". This is written *phonetiacally* *incorrectly all dictionaries*.
It can be heard at thefree*dictioary*.com <http://thefreedictioary.com> for
both UK and USA. ~pin ~peeng ~peenk.

I speak the words pin, ping, and pink. https://clyp.it/eum4eqky

The only dictionary I know of that has this notation correct is truespel
book 3 version of the VOA beginner's dictionary for the top 1500 words of
US English..
