The menu at Nalu's South Shore Grill in Kihei on Maui includes furikake (unexplained) as an ingredient in one of the dishes. Fresh island tuna , wild mushrooms, toasted English muffin, two eggs, Cajun hollandaise, porcini lava salt, and breakfast potatoes seasoned with Furikake and garlic (MP).
