[Ads-l] "snow farm", not in OED; 1970--? Bostonism?

Is this a productive euphemism process?  Can we reconceptualize automobile junkyards “car farms”?  And town dumps “garbage farms”?  And sewers “underwater waste farms”?  Who says farming is in trouble?
