<Ivanka Trunk> = perseverative topophasia.  Just made up topophasia: place
of articulation in Greek. The stopped velar nasal trumps the following
stopped labial.  Might be called a <progressive assimilation>, but that is
politically unpalatable. (Actually, at first glance, WG's #1 went by me
unnoticed, until the -nk- thing was pointed out.)
