Literally, "Fall to your knees and fellate [someone]!" equivalent to white
"Blow me!"

I call expressions like this "rhetorical" for the obvious reason: I don’t
have a better term.  Like, they’re not complimentary, but it would be
surprising, if their use provoked a physical confrontation, since they’re
usually used, like "Your ass!" by someone on the losing end of a
usually-friendly, verbal confrontation between a couple of shades.
