[Ads-l] to live-tweet

To be clear: the issue for me is not whether to "live-Tweet" (or to
"live-blog") is a useful or meaningful term.
The issue is that it is unnecessary to say "live-Tweet" when "Tweet" would
do.
I now take it that the "live" in "live Tweet" refers not to the Tweeter, as
might be expected, but to the Tweeted.
Could I "live-Tweet" about a movie I'm watching on TV? What if it's a
ballyhooed "special event"?
