More from the 1950s TV show than the comic book/strip, but Superman yields:

"Faster than a speeding bullet. More powerful than a locomotive. Able to leap tall buildings in a single bound. . . Look! Up in the sky! It’s a bird. . . It’s a plane . . . It’s Superman!"

"Mild-mannered reporter" predates Superman, but it must surely be an important vector.

"With great power comes great responsibility" is often credited to Stan Lee in Spiderman, but it has been discussed in the list often and goes back into the 1800s.

Batman, from _Detective Comics_ #33 Nov 1939 "Criminals are a superstitious and cowardly lot."

The Thing, from Fantastic Four "It's clobberin' time!"

Human Torch, from Fantastic Four "Flame On!"

Hulk: "Hulk Smash!"

Spiderman: "My spider sense is tingling."

Dr. Strange: "By the Hoary Hosts of Hoggoth!"

1940's Captain Marvel/Billy Batson "Holy Moly"
