The English Oxford Living Dictionaries (https://en.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/package <https://en.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/package>) define “package” as “A man’s genitals” with an informal label.

Wiktionary (https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/package <https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/package>) labels it “euphemistic, vulgar”, a remarkable contrast. 

Politico has released an article today ("How Roy Moore’s Misdeeds Are Forcing an Awakening on the Left”, by Jeff Greenfield, http://politi.co/2zYUBUh <http://politi.co/2zYUBUh>) with this usage of package in reference to Paula Jones lawsuit of sexual against Bill Clinton: "Jones could not accurately describe the Presidential package”.
