Cokie Roberts is partial to “Look,” Linda Wertheimer to “Now,” David Greene to “Awwrright,” Terry Gross to “Anyways,” and Steve Inskeep to Oh!” He deploys it when elucidating guests’ responses.

Interviewee: “The tax plan will do away with the death tax.”
Inskeep: “Oh! You mean the tax on estates of over $5 million.”
