[Ads-l] new meaning for "secret"?

The Andrew Janz for Congress campaign (Fresno, California) sent out an email that reads:

"ADD YOUR NAME to the secret memo we’re delivering straight to Nunes’s Washington D.C. office"

If it's being publicly delivered to Congressman Nunes's office, I can't see how it can be "secret".

The email is not specific but suggests the memo reads "YOU'RE FIRED"
