[Ads-l] new meaning for "secret"?

I read this differently.

Q: What is this story about?
A: the Holocaust
Q: But what is it really about?
A: It is really an interspecies love story between Jessica [Chastain]
and the animals.

I can't read "really" above to mean "notably also", more like "more
important, but not so obvious".
