either syllable.

Chuck Todd of MSNBC suggested facetiously that we should look it up at
UrbanDictionary.com.

A UD afficionado too-cleverly defined "Jumos" on Jan. 3 (Jumo Day) as
"Junior Moscow Operatives."  Cf. the countless other faux acronyms we've
discussed.

I suggest that "ju 'mo" is a mishearing, by somebody along the line, of
"jamoke," well documented in HDAS II.
