[Ads-l] Winch hut 'witch hunt'

Yeah, it couldn't possibly be that the way he pronounced it (or the way 
you heard it) made it sound different from what he intended.  My guess 
is he didn't submit it that wan in a written script.  Correct me if I'm 
wrong.  All things being equal, I would assume that even a Hahvahd man 
doesn't actually think the word is winch.

Although Mueller is said to be ratcheting things up recently - so maybe? 
  Could he be that clever?
