There were several variations on the beer theme. I was thinking of this
exchange with Sen. Whitehouse:
KAVANAUGH: I like beer. I like beer. I don’t know if you do...
WHITEHOUSE: OK.
KAVANAUGH: ... do you like beer, Senator, or not?
