A local senatorial attack ad charges that the governor of the state
squandered $4,000,000 of "taxpayer cash" (the usual term, though not used
in this particular ad) on a "party cave" in the governor's mansion.

In my day, you could get the Bat Cave for $4,000,000, but this seems to be
a kind of rumpus room for bigshot rumpussers.
