I hadn't heard this one:
In it Conti speaks to precisely what my intuition was barking at me: nobody
is watching the farm, and as long as AirBnB makes money, nobody gives a
damn if you and I get scammed.

makes sense, of course, but google show 2 other of the same usages, another
on medium.com from 2018 and another elsewhere in 2014. "nobody is watching
the store" gets 27k hits.
