thanks for these offers.  i was hoping not to use precious time in file retrieval, but i made the mistake of mentioning the files in front of a lot of techies, so now i seem to be committed to the project.  several folks from the LingTyp list are on the case, so presumably i will soon be laboring at trying to imagine how the handout was formatted.
