According to Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exposome <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exposome>), “exposome” was coined in 2005. It’s not in the OED or Merriam-Webster.

Most of the non-scientific citations I looked at used quotation marks around the word, but not the first two here:

Genetics accounts for ten to 30 per cent of disease; researchers studying the exposome might discover what causes the rest. In 2005, cancer epidemiologist Christopher Wiid invented the term "exposome" to describe all the non-genetic factors influencing human health.

Dr. Austin explained that diet is a big part of the exposome, or an individual’s environmental exposure history, and nutritional stress is an exposure that is important for understanding overall health.

To better quantify environmental influences on health, researchers have begun using an “exposome” approach, which considers every last environmental exposure an individual experiences over a lifetime.

An emerging field of science looks at the “exposome”—a term coined in 2005 by cancer epidemiologist Christopher Wild to refer to the totality of exposures that a person experiences over a lifetime and the impacts those exposures have on the body.

HERCULES was established in 2013 to explore the ways in which the exposome—the study of environmental exposures and associated biological responses on human health over the course of a lifetime—impacts health and disease.
