The reference to "cloud-jitsu" reminds me of "google-fu" and the like; the use of the last part of the name of an (exotic) martial art, to imply great skill or ability.
I first ran across "-fu" in the writings of Joe Bob Briggs, particularly his reviews of exploitation movies, from the early 1980s.  But he would typically use it to denote any type of fighting, as in pool-cue-fu, bimbo-fu, etc.  His review of Assault of the Killer Bimbos metioned "Hair Spray Fu, Super Glue Fu, Lingerie Fu, Makeover Fu and, of course, Bimbo Fu"; his review of Action Jackson mentioned "Kung Fu, Ninja Fu, Bimbo Fu, Flying Taxi Fu and Vanity Fu".
