I notice the Wikipedia article on "Jazz (Word)" makes the following assertion: "Holbrook found a reference in sports section the March 3, 1906 San Francisco Bulletin<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/San_Francisco_Bulletin> in which a baseball player is 'very much in the jazz', i.e. enthusiastic."  Is this just a complete error or fabrication?
