The American Dialect Society is sorry to have to cancel its January 2021
meeting in San Francisco due to COVID-19 and all of the related travel and
health challenges it has brought. We are looking into remote meetings for
our business affairs and the very popular Word of the Year. Please stay
tuned for more information about those. We hope to see you in January 2022,
and, in the meantime, please be safe and well.
