[Ads-l] Saying: When "I" is replaced by "we, " even illness becomes wellness

Here is a citation from one day earlier in 1984. The quotation was
spoken by the same person, Charles Roppel, who was described as the
head of the Mental Health Promotion Branch of the California
Department of Mental Health.

In the citation below Roppel indicated that "I" was replaced by two
letters: "W" and "E". Thus, in this speech Roppel did not use the word
"we" as the replacement.
