Quote: "I hope this will teach Texas politicians to stop dunking on
other states when they are going through disasters," tweeted Arizona
Rep. Ruben Gallego, a Democrat.

I'm sure I've seen this, 'dunk' for 'dump', elsewhere. Some dunks do
embarrass defenders under the net.
